I love art, the kind that starts as an idea and becomes something you can touch, also by opening a door.
It may be an idea of yours that stems from a sign, a memory, sheer pleasure that prompts you to cast bronze with age-old skill. You can enjoy the colours and shapes you come across when choosing hardstones to inlay into metal to create precious compositions.
It may come from a creative inspiration to combine Perspex, ceramic and glass in original arrangements you can touch, you can hold, that work for you in doors, windows or furniture or are there to lighten the cosiest corners of your rooms, of every environment you love.
I love art in all its various forms; I have been designing and creating it through the experience of my collaborators for years. It was 1973 when I took the reins of the family business established by my granddad Filippo in 1896 and began passionately giving shape to furniture, refining my sensitivity when listening to those who wanted a unique environment that could somehow show their personality. My work has been developing for many years and appreciated both in Italy and abroad, leading me to carry out important commissions in prestigious homes above all in the United States, Germany and Great Britain. I have paid particular attention to countries with ancient cultures and refined tastes, such as the United Arab Emirates, Russia and India, offering high-quality and original works of art specifically designed to exalt beauty and creativity.
Throughout my long career, I have always been accompanied and supported by my kitbag of humanistic skills filled by my studies.
I would like to particularly thank my father Bernardino who, before he died when I was only 9 years old, taught me how to appreciate beauty, art and music.
It was thanks to him that I absorbed the sensations and perceptions I love to share with anyone holding one of the creations generated by my casting. This is the possibility I offer anyone, to caress art… also simply turning a handle.
